As a speaker and teacher, I draw on my many years of working with animals, both domestic and wild. My experiences range from a wide variety of settings and situations and allow me draw on a rich library of uniquely entertaining stories. Stories bring us back to our own humanity and demonstrate the breadth and depth of the relationship we have with animals, the natural world, and one another. Stories are the foundation of my speaking presentations, workshops, and classes. And I lovingly hold space for others to share their own stories.
It warms my heart to see how much people really do love animals and how eager they are to know more about them. My greatest joy is watching people grow in their own personal evolutionary process.
Interacting with animals telepathically and spiritually can open a doorway for connecting not only with animals, but with all beings, including a person’s own Higher Self, or Soul. There are no limits to what someone can achieve by learning and practicing this skill. I am thrilled to offer this possibility to people who want to learn.
I have offered numerous classes & presentations to large groups and small, and have completed two year-long courses through the National Speakers Association, honing my skills as a professional speaker.

My workshops and classes are safe, intimate environments…
…where people can share their hearts and souls with one another, and tune in deeply to the animals.
I have taught several classes at OLLI, The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute, at Southern Oregon University. These courses are for older adults, people who really want to learn, and so it has been a pleasure. The first course was called The Inner Life of Animals. I taught it three times in person and people seemed to love it. Later I taught a class on zoom called African Safari, detailing my four trips to Africa. I showed lots of my own photos and slide shows set to music.
“Your skill and talent for facilitating workshops was impressive. The day went without a hitch and the time flew! We were all totally engaged and enriched. I know my life won’t be the same. I have a deeper respect and connection with our loving Mother Earth and the blessed beings that inhabit her.
I loved the power generated when 12 loving, dynamic women joined in connecting with each other and the animals to open a gateway of communion and support. This day opened my heart to the knowing that we are all one and through loving ourselves, each other, all living things and our loving earth mother, we connect and support each other as we are designed to do.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!”

“I cannot bespeak all the magic unfolding during and after Barbara’s workshop, Exploring Our Wild Souls. The grace with which the doors opened to several new animal totems coming through during the workshop is still awe inspiring: whale with me all day and sending out love vibes, lioness letting me know she’s “got my back”, and ancient elephant voices coming through to remind us It’s All About Love, And Only About Love. Just a few fleeting glimpses of this transformative experience. My new totems carry on their work with me to this day.”

“I really love your authenticity and how you kept the workshop light. Your ability to listen rather than sticking to an agenda is a true blessing.
What I liked about the day was the opportunity to spend time with like minds. I believe it is the first time I have walked away feeling connected, connected to a purpose. I may not have direction yet, but I know how to listen. And I have you to thank for that.
Namaste.”
